Hainan seeks to woo golf travellers with new organisation | News

The Hainan International Golf Alliance has been established in Haikou to bring together government and golf tourism stakeholders from across Hainan province. The body will seek to promote the tropical Chinese island as a golf tourism destination. Officials from local government, including Hainan government party secretary, Ni Qiang, the vice mayor of Haikou, Deng Haihua, and the executive chairman of the Hainan Golf Association, Wang Yangjun, attended the announcement. UKinbound welcomes government landing cards decision | News

Trade body UKinbound has welcomed a government decision to expand its plans to scrap landing cards for visitors to the UK. Authorities had originally planned to scrap the cards for visitors from seven countries, but this has now been changed to include passengers arriving from all over the world. All landing cards for international passengers arriving in the UK will be scrapped from Monday.
